@kizu_skip SORRY FOR USING IT I'm making sure to get more people to read the LN as long as my heart beats. 😭 Kiritsugu's my favorite character, and I love rereading the LN so often. tbh I get sad when both get slandered sensessly but, alas. It seems it's popular to hate both nowadays.

I need to apologize to Kiritsugu for making this edit, man... 99% of people did not bother reading the Zero LNs to even find this passage. If not for an easily passed around meme my goat would not be slandered so much lmao.

@9_coming I might be reaching but tbh it's the only meaning I could find in these words. It's an analogy only Urobuchi's Kiritsugu could come up with.

@9_coming The first time I read it, I interpreted it as Kiritsugu comparing the processing of fast food to a cold, impersonal slaughter regarding the treatment of the "livestock" used in its ingredients. Fast food, being easier to access, ends up being just as soulless as his own killings.

@PerseusRad @LlehSaDerob @loopermonder Still, we can't dismiss Kariya's violent act against Aoi. 😭 He was under no influence but his own instincts/desires, so it was foul. Evil exists within good characters, and a glimpse of good within the evil ones, but Urobuchi seems to favor the "evil" aspects the most.

@PerseusRad @LlehSaDerob @loopermonder OFC this is a fair interpretation, and one I also adopted when I first got into the series. However, one of Urobuchi's biggest flaws is highlighting the worst of the worst with certain characters, very much due to his own pessimistic nature as a writer.
