One of the great recent trades nobody seems to talk about. #Alouettes got Fletcher from EDM for a 6th rounder… He led the CFL in YAC in ‘24 (626) which was 176 yards ahead of the next guy. Also, only player to have at least 700 rushing yards & 600 receiving yards in 2024

Walter Fletcher has to be the best RB in the CFL in the passing game. He leads the CFL in YAC yards and if he gets some space, he’s daaaangeeous.

He's doing all that as a receiver while also being top-5 in the league in rushing, with the second-most runs of 20+ yards, and second only to Brady Oliveira in the top-5 in terms of yards per carry. BEASTLY

We don't talk enough about what a monster @walterfletcher_ is. Fletcher ranks 21st in the CFL in receiving, top-8 in catches and top-15 in targets. He leads the league in yards after catch, by a lot; a whopping 90.9% of his yardage is YAC. Oh BTW Fletcher is a running back. 😤
