Usually, I wouldn't entertain trolls or negative people, but I want to address this. I'm presuming when he says I "can't structure a sentence" he means I take more breaks to take a breath than others. I don't even think I need to give an explanation but the reason is after my accident I spent 4 months on life support and was told I would be on it for life but worked my hardest and proved everyone wrong getting off the ventilator. Also, with a spinal cord injury, it also affects your breathing, especially with such a high injury like I have. Also, just to remind you that there's any off button and you won't have to listen to me. I'm sure you won't be a huge loss to my listenership figures! 👍

Please retweet! 6 years ago today lying in the rehab hospital, I got to see my real first bit of quality movement, and I took this video and sent it to half of Ireland, bursting with pride. It was slow and stubborn, but so what? I would rather slow improvement rather than delayed perfection. I want to be an example to you and show everything I have gone through and then show you the reward, just like this video. As I look back since my accident I realize that every time I thought I was being rejected from something good, I was actually being redirected to something better and the results will always pay off if you put the work in.
