We, the Lebanese and Palestinian, are the only people in history watching our genocide live, and we could get arrested or suspended for saying stop kill us, because it might hurt the feelings of the killers.

America's democracy in one picture. Bombing 'enemies' to submission is their version of democracy. They've sent missiles and bombs to Israel to erase Gaza, Lebanon, they fund their every move. The terrorists live in White House and Trump the pedo is their leader.

Yes, those photos you’ve seen are real. More than 18 years ago, a baby named Lamine Yamal and his mom Sheila met Lionel Messi at a UNICEF fundraising photoshoot. Today, their achievements on the pitch inspire millions. Off the pitch, both Messi and Lamine Yamal use their voices and platforms as UNICEF Goodwill Ambassadors to support and advocate for children around the world. The goal? That every child survives, thrives, and fulfils their potential. We are proud to have them on our team. Credit: Joan Monfort

𝗦𝗨𝗦𝗣𝗘𝗖𝗧𝗦' 𝗕𝗛𝗔𝗡𝗚 𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗙𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗢𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗘𝗡𝗗𝗦 𝗔𝗧 𝗔 𝗥𝗢𝗔𝗗𝗕𝗟𝗢𝗖𝗞 In a desperate bid to dodge the long arm of the law, a trafficker tried to turn himself into a walking drug mule. Little did he know, the vigilant officers at the Suo Roadblock on the Busia–Kisumu Highway were alert to every trick in the book. As the motorcycle rolled to a halt, an unusual discovery immediately caught their attention. Strapped tightly to the pillion passenger’s back was not a backpack for a weekend getaway, but rather eight packages of cannabis sativa cleverly tied with straps. It was an attempt to outsmart the security checks, but instead of a smooth trafficking operation, they earned themselves a one-way ticket straight to the police station. A further search revealed even more packages of cannabis tucked away inside a black travel bag. The total haul weighed 13.9 kilograms, with an estimated street value of Sh417,000. The duo, Mathayo Mwanzi Anyiga and Moses Nyamaka, now find themselves in police custody undergoing processing pending arraignment. Meanwhile, the recovered narcotics and impounded motorcycle are being detained as exhibits. #FichuaKwaDCI. Call 0800 722 203 (Toll-free) or WhatsApp at 0709 570 000 to report anonymously. Usiogope!

The Court has declared MOGO's loan of KSh 400,000, which ballooned to KSh 976,750, illegal. The borrower had taken a loan of KSh 400,000 and had already repaid KSh 299,369. However, MOGO claimed he still owed KSh 677,381 and demanded a total repayment of KSh 976,750 to redeem the loan. The Small Claims Court found that MOGO's effective interest rate of about 86.4%, together with additional charges, was exploitative and oppressive. The Court also held that MOGO failed to prove the penalties, monitoring fees, insurance fees and other amounts it claimed because it could not justify how those figures were calculated. Applying the in duplum rule, the Court ruled that interest cannot exceed the principal amount advanced. It rejected MOGO's inflated claim and entered judgment for only KSh 100,631, the outstanding balance after deducting the borrower's repayment plus court-rate interest and costs.
