Authorised Pastoral Minister Wendy Broderick and Churchwarden Geoff Taylor from @GainfordWinston have partnered with the Parish Council & volunteers from the #community to set up a weekly #WarmSpace. Their first few sessions have already been a huge success!

@foggyknitter Hard to judge whilst the weather is still mild. I get the sense when people start seeing the ridiculous cost of heating their hew there will be a big demand .

@warm_spaces & Church people, if you have opened as a warm space already, how is it going? are you getting many takers? Our church is wrestling with what to do &the nearest warm space has only had 1 person come along, so I wanted to get a wider picture if possible
