@Ziegler_Dev @MarathonTheGame Please, please consider not wiping faction progression/rank. Grinding contracts is not fun. Obviously the upgrades go back to 0 with no materials, but if everyone has to grind faction rank again, I think S2 player retention becomes a serious problem

To be honest it almost kills my desire to play. @Bungie @MarathonTheGame PLEASE don't wipe Faction rep fully at end of season. You'll lose so many people. No one wants to do this again, its not fun, just necessary. Pls let us keep faction progress somehow & wipe everything else.

I kind of like this guy, but him saying “it takes 8 hours to get good” reinforces my idea on that I see him as a casual and insane guy at the same time. Just a guy that I sometimes value the lukewarm and at times decent opinions of.

@Ziegler_Dev @Ziegler_Dev will solo players be rewarded for going into ranked solo? Is there some level of additional reward there to accompany the additional risk?

The general philosophy behind our upcoming ranked mode is to test you/your crew's skill at the core loop. To us, this is about making sure that the game is about maximizing the value of your run. With this spirit a lot of the rules are built around testing you to think about what you're ante-ing up, how you're using it to get more out than what you brought in. Additionally, we also want to make sure the outcome of pvp interactions and high value events in this mode can be lucrative against your ante, and provide you with the option to get even more out of the session if you take the risk to do them. In other words: in ranked you're gonna be rewarded for taking risks, but taking risks means you also put yourself in danger of losing something. The further you advance in ranks the more you can risk (and in some ways have to risk to advance) and the more you have to lose if your ambitions don't pan out. We're excited to get your eyes, ears, and hands on this feature. Good luck out there :).

@MarathonTheGame @MarathonTheGame is there a ranked points boost or multiplier for queueing solo no fill? I would hope there would be some greater reward there when you're on the hook for the entire entry price ante.

Marathon's unique ranked system can be a lot to understand when you're new to it. We've prepared a resource to help you get used to figuring out score targets, loss penalties, and more.

@MarathonTheGame Please consider adding a dedicated solo mode, or – if not – at least some sort of incentive/bonus for solo-earned RP. Perhaps, a ~20% value increase for looted holotags, considering the more difficult nature of 1v3 scenarios. It shouldn’t be over the top (but fair nonetheless).

Unpopular opinion: I am really enjoying Marathon, which is surprising because I was in the anti-marathon camp just because frustrations at Destiny... Glad I picked it up, we'll see how this plays out... I will say... I would LOVE some type of Dungeons and Raids that are more PvE focused especially late at night when I'm just not in the mood or have the energy to PvP

With Expeditions 33 having 3 voice actors/ actresses nominated, do you think there should be a limit “per game” of how many could be nominated? Like 2 per game, 1 per Game, etc.

Pulling for Clair. Of all the games on this list that game was truly a surprise in so many ways. It really elevated the craft of game making in some beautiful ways.
