The beginning of new chapter. Day 1! I was crying when the doctor asked me if I was okay. I said no and I am so afraid. 🥹 I would appreciate if you can give me some tips on how to take all these meds effectively and religiously. Any food recommendations also, pls!!!

@Josh_PLHIV I remember may 2 days din ako di naka inom pero magkaibang araw. There are times I’m late as well huhu pero prophylaxis lang naman to diba?

Mga kapatid..... When you apply for SSS disability Make it sure na sinulat ng doctor ninyo sa Diagnosis ay HIV positive consider as Psychosocial Disability.... kase doon binabase ni SSS kung ma grant ang disability ninyo...

Have I become soft with the years? Yearning to share my life with someone. Having someone who knows the real deal about me. How my stomach still aches every now and then from the LTE. That working beyond 11 pm is impossible because I get woozy from the meds. Is that a bad thing?

01/13/2021: 2 am thoughts. I feel like shit. Yesterday I got good news. The meds worked. My CD4 is fine, I am undetectable. But aside from one friend who knows, I can't talk about it or celebrate publicly. Not to my other friends, not to my family, not to anyone.

Hmmm, maybe this life isn’t for me?

@warrior41523 Positive and undetectable for 7 years now. Same LTE din ako. Labang lang :) sa umpisa lang mahirap madami adjustments. Masasanay ka rin :) just follow your doctor, stay healthy. Iwas puyat and drink more water.

@HiImVince101 Just an update here: yes kuminis ako at nawala pimples ko sa back.

@warrior41523 LTE yan for yan ang d best. Although malakas lang yung Hilo at napakinet sa katawan pero Ang side effect lahat mawawala sayo yung mga pimples mo, tataba ka pa at gaganda balat mo

@hivocacy Same here. I supposed to go abroad but all has changed when I got dx.

Hirap ng situation na all your decisions, kailangan i-consider mo yung condition. Paakyat na ang career ko when I got diagnosed, but I had to step down so my health would not be compromised. Even now, gusto ko ng lumipat ng ibang company, but parang di ko afford because of it. 😢

Short kwento; I went out of the country after 3 months of being dx as PLHIV, I did this because I had to escape from the reality even for a moment. The anxiety that it brings me that I have to drink my meds every 9pm and be at my bed to prepare for the side effects are

I hope that someday, I will reach the point of acceptance because right now I can’t see it coming for myself, I still hate myself for being too careless and loving too much that’s why I got this disease. Somehow, someday, I do hope, I will be ok, like everyone else 😭
