Really? Minor year-on-year dips after massive post-pandemic spikes aren't "progress" — they're marginal recovery in a system still far worse than before Labour took office. Absence crisis (mental health, disengagement, disadvantage gap) persists; pre-COVID levels are years away at current pace. Cherry-picking partial stats while ignoring the bigger picture is spin, not success. Real progress would mean sustained, substantial drops back toward 4-5% overall. This doesn't cut it.
