@Tinnhjertet Tbh I only have loose skin on my arms and I’m still tryna get rid of that loose skin but I think what helps is lifting weights, which is what I did throughout my wl journey because my arms did start getting smaller and the skin started getting tighter

@SummerAngellvr Tbh I follow a routine like same meals everyday with variations sometimes (going out to eat) and I work around that with calories so I don’t panic! I just make sure I follow my calorie limit for the day!!💘

@fragileanjel I can make a whole post on how I stopped binging but it was gradual like it took me ages because I was deep into it. - I wouldn’t go into the kitchen - stopped buying food I would likely binge on - kept myself busy to forget or reduce likelihood Only some of the things!💘

@Ayushaa111 Walking!! It’s literally a god sent, I would walk on a treadmill or outside and would start with small distances like 2km, 3km, and 5km, in a calorie deficit! Now I walk more distances like 10km or 15km!! I tried to eat very clean but still allowed myself to have “cheat meals”!!

Losing weight from 80 kg wasn’t easy, but it showed me that hard things are possible with patience, it takes time and doesn’t happen overnight ( took me 5 years ) but it’s completely doable, so don’t be discouraged and stay safe my lovelies!! ‹𝟹

- I didn’t wanna pull my shirts anymore so they didn’t outline my fatness - I didn’t wanna sit with a pillow covering my torso because I was so insecure - I could even sit with my legs crossed - i wanted a slimmer face

- Wanted to stop avoiding mirrors or cameras ( I do this now kinda) - Wanted to feel proud of my body rather than frustrated with it - my period was so painful like I had cramps in my back, stomach, legs and now I don’t get them at all and period is much lighter!

- my sleep was so bad when I was 80kg, I literally went to bed at like 4am because I wanted food and couldn’t stop eating, now I go to bed at 10pm! - I was not healthy at all I couldn’t climb stairs or walk 10 minutes without getting out of breath.

- I was always boiling hot and sweaty. Even in winter - my family are on the bigger side (weight wise) and I was so scared that I would end up like with the physical implications from them being obese - I just wanted to be a skinny queen
