@Tinnhjertet Tbh I only have loose skin on my arms and I’m still tryna get rid of that loose skin but I think what helps is lifting weights, which is what I did throughout my wl journey because my arms did start getting smaller and the skin started getting tighter

@SummerAngellvr Tbh I follow a routine like same meals everyday with variations sometimes (going out to eat) and I work around that with calories so I don’t panic! I just make sure I follow my calorie limit for the day!!💘

@fragileanjel I can make a whole post on how I stopped binging but it was gradual like it took me ages because I was deep into it.
- I wouldn’t go into the kitchen
- stopped buying food I would likely binge on
- kept myself busy to forget or reduce likelihood

@Ayushaa111 Walking!! It’s literally a god sent, I would walk on a treadmill or outside and would start with small distances like 2km, 3km, and 5km, in a calorie deficit! Now I walk more distances like 10km or 15km!! I tried to eat very clean but still allowed myself to have “cheat meals”!!
