I just had a really bad OCD moment where I couldn't get my hair to look right & kept trimming it shorter & shorter, was stood at the mirror for like 2 hours & broke down crying in the end, been trying to let it grow back for the past month or so. I know it looks bad, sorry :(

@The_Bunny_Doll Hey doll bun, last year my therapist didn’t respond to me for a week because the had a family emergency. I felt lost during that time. You have the strength to persevere!!!

If for whatever reason I can no longer see him and the hospital tries to offer me another doc I will very likely just decline and give up on trauma therapy. Been attending therapy weekly with him since the beginning of October last year, and I'm so tired of constantly switching to different doctors and having to build up trust again and again, it's so demoralising. Still very much hoping that he's just absent cus of illness or a personal emergency :(
