@phantomhag i always like to think kairi accidentally made a body of light for sora to move inside in after sora's heart was freed from his heartless. that, or simply strenghtened the trick hearts can do and become tangible projections of light for a while, like remind sora does a bit

@phantomhag yup i always loved this lore conundrum, and i like how the series fully knows this is a thing too, since ansem talks about how naminè is essentially a glitch in the universe caused by this particular circumstance. it has not however brought up how sora in com is just a heart tho

@MarianaRochaRi3 @counting_cosmos his name is the one the series has elaborated the most so far actually. you can see it as a hint in kh1 he would become an heartless for example, and then vanitas's name in latin means emptiness too outright

@counting_cosmos Kairi and Riku's names make sense, but I'm concerned of why Sora's name means those things 😰

@phantomhag @oliver_bluebug I totally get the hesitation about her powers, because this line IS vague, but for all it's worth, in the kh2 novel iirc she straight up said she can't make new stuff up, just rearrange stuff already there.
