The Dubliner is a Gary "gaz" Regan cocktail from the late '90s. When a customer requested it, we made one with our Watershed spin (subbing Amara for Grand Marnier!) Well balanced despite its simplicity. About time we had an Irish whiskey cocktail on the menu! #TwIthaca
