Late night radio is just rubbish these days , it just doesn’t speak to me any more.

@watko I’m sorry my friend I would help if I could…. I also enjoy listening to my tv at night I’ll find a black and white show that plays 24/7 and I’ll listen to that show all night.. most of the time it’s the Andy Griffith show for me..it helps me sleep.

@Graflex16mm I used to sleep soundly , it was only part that was working and now nothings working properly. It all feels hopeless at this time in the morning.

@watko Looks like we have the same sort of problem. We need to figure out how to control our brains a little bit better.. me during the day and you at night…..I wish I had a fix for a problem like this….

@Graflex16mm At this moment I’m at a loss , I’ve using white noise and trying not to beat myself up about it but my mind is absolutely racing with all kinds of bile.

@watko I wish I could help you with your sleeping. I listen to old radio shows from the 1950s like dragnet or X minus one. Or fibber McGee and Molly I dunno it helps me sleep. Sometimes I listen to thunderstorms. Perhaps that could help you……
