We are grateful that the rain held off and we were able to get outside to walk/jog/run for our Terry Fox run! There was music and dancing, laughter and of course lots of smiles!

Orange Shirt Day is a day to recognize residential school survivors, intergenerational survivors and those who didn't return home. We remember today at Waverley that EVERY CHILD MATTERS!

Fun things are happening at the University of Guelph today! More than 1,000 Elementary students are participating in the Regional Skills Competition!

The Pansy Pots have arrived! 🌺 Thanks to those who supported the Grade 8 trip! Pick up is 3:10-6pm today!

Over $350 raised for our food program from the student vs teacher dodgeball games!! The gym was SO loud and to see the kids get even louder when a student team won a match was phenomenal! So much fun!!

Way to go Waverley! 78 boxes of yogurt tubes and 56 boxes of cheese strings!! Thank you for these generous donations!

To break up the day of training, staff had a friendly game of floor hockey, ordered in pizza lunch and raised close to $400 for the food program!! Way to go Waverley staff! @ChildrensFdnGW
