@brownandbella @Miya_AngelNO I think people have to remember that discomfort is also subjective to your preferred norm. Discomfort may mean challenging but that doesn’t equate to toxic..or loveless. Trying things a new way is uncomfortable..but if the cost-benefit analysis weighs out…you push through.
