So my date got cancelled.
The reason it got cancelled is what I need to talk about.
His kids have to pack a bag when they go to his house.
That's it. That's why I cancelled. Not because he has kids, that's fine, lots of people have kids. But if your children have to pack a bag to come to your house that means your house is not set up for your children. No dedicated space, no their stuff just living there, no sense that this is also their home. They're guests at their own dad's place.
And I know this is going to be a whole debate because it always is. People are already preparing their responses about how I'm being too picky and he's still a good dad and I'm limiting myself.
I just have a preference. It's my preference. I'm allowed to have it.
It tells me something about where his priorities are and what his life actually looks like versus what he might present it as. That's information I'm allowed to.........

My nephew is getting married at the end of June. The wedding will be at 6pm and the dress code is formal/semi-formal. I found some dresses online but I'm not sure if they meet the code. I'm also plus size, so my options are limited.
