@BourbonInvestm2 Dumb question, but can I ask USPS worker to scan prepaid label?

Ebay $1.67 Order came Saturday April 11. I print label Sunday the 12th drop it at post office 7am Monday the 13th. No scan until April 27th that shows delivered. I got bad feedback and I'm stuck with it. Almost 26,000 orders, the streak is over.
