I have been seeing a lot of AI hate on my feed recently, while some of it is justified, AI can really help small businesses. For example, I am a terrible graphic designer. I have good taste, but trying to create app store listing images has been a PAIN for me. But thanks to AI, it has helped me tremendously. Please look at what I created with and without AI 😂

@tm1515152005 Every now and again i will drop my entire store by like 5-10%. Did that today and sold 15 pokemon cards right away. I am a volume seller though, i have hundreds of cards under $10 listed. So for me i want to be the cheapest and fastest seller

Just packed up a good day of eBay sales . Some low end sports cards , one PSA slab, a blaster box and even a book. Some days are good , some are slow . Just keep at it . It’s a marathon not a sprint. What are you selling a lot of lately?

Thinking about adding a home screen, instead of dropping users directly into their inventory. Currently toying around with some mock ups. Thoughts? 🤔

Some of you may not know this, as it's not the forefront of my conent, but I live each day with Crohn's Disease. It is a hidden disease for many & sometimes VERY difficult to live with. My disease doesn't define me, but it’s a part of who I am. KEEP FIGHTING! #WorldIBDDay

@BreakerCulture The hobby is definitely going through a maturity process, or it’s getting more “serious”. PSA investing $200m is a pretty clear indicator of big money coming in

Low pop and/or Scarcity in highly valuable players (or characters) are going to continue seeing parabolic rises the next year+ I've never seen so many folks flood to these types of assets for storing their money. This is a COMPLETELY different insanity vs 2020-21.

Been thinking a lot about what values I personally stand by, and what Wax Cache should abide by as it grows. I think laying a solid foundation early matters. Features can change. The UI can change. The roadmap can change. But the way you treat people, the way you build, and the way you handle trust should not. I’ve spent almost 10 years in customer service, then moved into supply chain software, and now I’m building something for a hobby I actually care about. So these are the values Wax Cache is being built on in order: Collectors First Do the Right Thing Operational Excellence Stay Rooted in the Hobby Create Long-Term Value Still early, but man… I care about this thing. Appreciate everyone who’s been following along, testing, giving feedback, or just rooting for it. Can’t wait to see where this goes

A vendor at Dallas Card Show implied I was stupid for using eBay comps to value a card. He said verbatim: “There is not a single dealer at this entire show who uses eBay comps.” The Card Ladder comp he insisted to use was an eBay sale… @CardPurchaser #thehobby

There’s PL on the card! So if you bought a card for say $10, you’d put that there. You don’t “have” to print the QR code labels for each individual card right now (but that is setting me up for a few possibilities in the future), but just dragging the cards into a box and printing that QR code and putting it on your case would show the cards. It would hide the PL from the people who scan it as well

@wax_cache I was thinking of your program all day yesterday when I was at the show selling, wondering if I could print labels with prices and see where I'm in on a card and the lowest I could be to still make a profit. My free time is over so I'm not able to track it anymore.

I never clock out. I am always clocked in. I never think “What if Wax Cache fails?” I only envision Wax Cache at the top. I listen to my users and take their recommendations seriously. I never want my users to have a bad experience. It doesn’t matter if Wax Cache has 1,000 users or 1,000,000 users. The core values will never change. I’m a collector first, building this with collectors, for The Hobby
