Pro-Am prep perfection @LangleyParkGC today. Course possibly the best I can ever remember it, greens running at 11.4 and pure as you like. Very proud of my team considering where we’ve come from 4 years ago! Happy Friday! @BiggaSEregion
With 20 staff and 30 volunteers from all over the globe, the camaraderie amongst the great team at The Renaissance Club was truly one of a kind. This year’s playing of the Genesis Scottish Open will be remembered by all for a very long time.#GenesisScottishOpen@ScottishOpen@bmeente@DogsOfTurf
Wayne from @LangleyParkGC has just come off the course after taking bunkers for @McIlroyRory@Maxhoma & @TyrrellHatton and would love the privilege to rake another 36 holes for them.
What an unforgettable experience, we’re proud of you Wayne!
Great week helping the boys out on the course @ScottishOpen
Great to see a well oiled machine prep the course for such a high level competition. Met some great people, and bringing a few methods and ideas back to @LangleyParkGC now onto @RoyalTroonGC with @BiggaSEregion
A successful maintenance day!🚨
Sarrell roll, sand dress, drag, roll, wetting agent application followed by a light granular application and a nice soak in. Greenkeeping porn @LangleyParkGC
Definition on point! Approaches receiving a light granular today to keep up nutrition levels. Finally back on top of immediate rough and semi roughs after crazy spike in growth. Attacking the long rough and remaining mounds next week as growth starts to slow up a tad!
A crisp, but full set up today for the Goodhart cup @LangleyParkGC seed heads popping on the poa, but should be irradiated fairly quickly with growth regulators and a couple of light verticuts.
Well done to @billymccausland for doing a 12 hour shift to give the fairways a much needed dry cut! It’s the stripe show @LangleyParkGC this week! Very pleased with the progression the last couple of weeks.
A @WiedenmannUK rake on fairways today to improve density and combat lateral growth followed by a double cut and blow as we switch to striping up fairways for the season.
“A picture can tell a thousand words” what it doesn’t show is all the stress, long hours and toll it takes on your body. It doesn’t show the wet areas that haven’t been cut in months but I’m extremely proud of what our team have produced today for our Masters Sunday fundraiser!
