Prove your point! The liberal Feds specifically are why we don’t gave an east west pipeline that would make us energy independent AND able to market our fossil fuels to other than the US at a deep discount. It’s been 10 plus years of Alberta being told to pay the money while having our hands tied.

As an Alberta senior, (I’m over 70, I won’t say how much) I’ve had it!! I’m done with so many arrogant liberal influencers who sit in central Canada & think they have the right to tell Albertans how we should feel, call us traitors for telling you we’re done, and think you know how many of us are actually feeling done. I don’t remember a time that Alberta hasn’t been frustrated by how central Canada treats us, we’re disrespected, & our concerns are dismissed at every turn by many in central Canada & the federal government. We feel used & abused. When we express our frustrations, we get told to shut up & sit down. I don’t remember Quebec getting treated like that, in fact Canadians begged them to stay & gave them special status within the federation. As a fourth generation Canadian & a third generation Albertan, I’m telling central Canada, dismiss us, & the separation movement at your peril. You think you know, but you really don’t. Many of you, maybe most have never set foot in Alberta, & have never bothered to know anything about this province & our unique western heritage. I’ve never been in favour of separation…. until now. It’s time for central Canada to take our concerns seriously, things have to change because Albertans in huge numbers are telling you, we’re at the end of our patience. Pay attention!

Slovakia did it. Slovenia did it. Singapore did it with a city and no resources. Alberta has a multi-trillion dollar resource base and more GDP than 150 countries. The idea that Alberta independence isn’t possible isn’t supported by historical reality.

@Bobunapologetic @profstonge With no military, Alberta would simply be taken over by the U.S, and that will not be pretty. First thing the US would change the name to Alberta-rico

We won’t need to apply to join the USA. Given our wealth and strategic geography all Alberta would require is an “Economic/Security Agreement” with the USA. This would allow dollarization, free reciprocal Trade and unfettered access to our Territory / Military Bases in exchange for Sovereignty protection. I believe America would be highly motivated to sign such an agreement…👍

It’s Official: Alberta will vote on Independence after years of abuse from the rest of Canada. If it succeeds, it's 80% odds Alberta applies to join the US.

@VaxxersAnti My senior brother in Alberta had a hard time ripping the sides off to get his code. He said they were too narrow for his bulky fingers so he had to throw it away because he made a mess. The tear off should be wider. After he threw it away he said he should have used scissors.

After opening her Census envelope by biting chunks out of it, Dawn prepares it for it's return journey to Ottawa. Bonus Giggles: Pause at 11 secs and see where she wrote "Retern" and then tried to scribble it out.

@QueenAnticommie Since the servers wages are not published, how would anyone other than the owner & server know how much they are being paid. Therefore, one cannot determine an appropriate tip. I tip between 15%-20% depending on the level/effort of service.

Help prevent injuries from winter slips and falls by ensuring walkways and surfaces are clear of snow and ice. You can also put on your “winter feet” by using footwear that is designed for winter conditions. For more tips on winter walking, visit: myhealth.alberta.ca/Alberta/Pages/…

Why would we join with them when they already don’t secure their own borders and deport all the illegals flooding their countries? Also Russia is their problem. We can barely deal with our own shit as it is, but does this benefit Carney the most with how much Brookfield is benefiting? Also this wasn’t something we agreed to nor want to be taxed for death for.
