Tbh I think the ending to Chainsaw Man feels fitting. I guess if I had a critique it would be that this sort of resolution could have used more time to cook but I think it works for this universe Chainsaw Man pacing and all that

For the Digimon World 4 review, Cullen, MykonosFan and KBash joined me to record multiplayer footage but I only got to use a bit for the video so today, exclusively on my Patreon, you can watch over an hour of us running around, fighting Digimon and fighting menus even harder!

I love the entire Xenoblade series but there's just something about the world of Xenoblade 1 that recaptures me every time I go back to it. There's a reason it's the game in the series I've gone back to replay the most

@breabbz Gotta love how much influence Godzilla has had over the years. Designs in Digimon, monster cries in Super Metroid, Naked Snake's introduction to monster movie cinema...

@wayneisboss not even mentioning the vpets, there are SO MANY examples of them just recreating godzilla monsters 1 to 1. deltamon is straight up king ghidora, while raremon is just hedorah lol

@Calamity2017 Yep, he was actually the og mascot. It wasn't until later that Greymon/Agumon really took over as the face of the series

@breabbz Oh, 1000% In the last episode of Billiam's podcast talking about the anime, he mentioned that the team behind the show was heavily inspired by Godzilla films to have the giant monster fight result in the destruction of the Funi TV Headquarters lol

@wayneisboss the entire godzilla crossover monsters were such a treat. you have to think it was a dream come true for the designers, knowing how HEAVILY they used to reference that universe back in the day lol im glad we at least have SOMETHING bridging that gap, ya know

@breabbz I do think they mentioned that figures of these crossover designs are some kind of possibility. Not sure if this guy would be included in the planning for that but goddamn, we can only hope
