For what this is worth, I think it was an entirely justifiable risk to take. I think the No. 5 pick in a super guard-heavy range of the draft didn't make all that much sense for them. The Pacers are ready to go try to make the Finals again. Zubac is gonna be awesome for them.

Prozingas is a free agent, I can’t see anyone giving him big money, Robert Williams is a free agent, Nurkic, Vucevic… all those guys are unrestricted agents.

I'm really sorry to all our fans. I own taking this risk. Surprised it came up 5th after this year. I thought we were due some luck. But please remember - this team deserved a starting center to compete with the best teams next year. We have always been resilient.
