Tifa's theme is not seperate from "Planetary Mysteries - The Weapons" in the new Rebirth OST Plus. This one song is the whole thing. So, Tifa's theme being intertwined with the music and not considered a seperate song is interesting, but i'll leave the experts to read into that.
