Yesterday for STOP FOOD WASTE week, our Chef Dave Mckenty made food from things that are normally tossed. The dishes included, Asparagus Soup made from the stems and Grilled Chicken and Portabella Gravy made from chicken bones. The students and faculty couldn't get enough!
