Big weekend for rugby in West Chester... Week 1 for Youth & Juniors + Week 3 for HS Boys. The HS Girls are preparing for their first 7s tournament next weekend! Our Youth and Junior teams makes the trip to Elizabethtown and we are hosting 3 HS Boys matches on our home pitch.

@MikeFriday09 Can we stop the penalty and start awarding free kick for scrum infringement? SA should basically do a knock on, on purpose when they are in the attacking zone and not moving the ball because they know they will be awarded the penalty by reputation every time.

Another interesting read but it appears to me the revolution over evolution approach by RFU with waist over Sturnham/armpit being adopted to try and change behaviour - That gamble IMO is to bigger risk at the expense of the community game.
