teammate needed to restart pc middle in knife round and couldn't reconnect bcs of a bug, they were calling us bots in the beginning but lost a 4v5. GG

A lot of teams having troubles dealing with certain personalities in a team, maybe this will help. Number 1 rule I enforce in my teams is: - if you want to critisize your teammate, the only ecceptable way for player should be in a sense of "What do you think about doing this next time?" And u never talk about fucked up sprays/shots or obvious missplays This way you avoid "what the fuck are u dooing?" Kind of convos This way you will actually help if u know a way how to do it better. This way u suggest, not demand. (People might actually hear you instead of turning on defence mode)
