Congrats to Eli Pierce who finished 10th in the boy's mile (4:26 PR) at last weekend's TN HS Indoor Championships at Vanderbilt. Ryder King (60H) and Amelia Strickland (400) also had great showings. Great job Admirals!

The FHS girl's XC program is looking to hire a new head coach for next season. Those interested can apply at wcs.edu.

Interested in being a part of FHS Cross Country? Our summer training program will kick off Monday, June 2 and Tuesday, June 3 at 9 am at the FHS track. Everyone is welcome! Prospective athletes should bring running shoes and water.

Great showing by the FHS XC teams at a hot and humid Coleman Midgett Invite. The boy's JV led the way with a third-place team finish. Nils Hurst (BV), Mary Beth McKnight (GV), Gavin Mitchell (BJV), and Jack Willits (BJV) all earned top 10 finishes. @wcsFHSsports
