What a GREAT first week of the school year at Heritage. Our HMS family really is the best!

THANK YOU to all of the students, parents, families, friends, and employees who came out this morning to make the outside of HMS look great for the first day of school. We are excited to get the new school year started on Monday!

The HMS Choir competed at Kentucky Kingdom today. It was a clean sweep: “Best in Class” and “Best Overall”!

Congratulations to the HMS 7th and 8th grade Bands for their performance at Dollywood today. They received a Superior rating and placed 2nd among middle school bands!

The HMS librarians would like to wish the BEST to all students & faculty during TCAP! ❤ 😊

HMS Orchestra had a great day at Six Flags in Georgia today. 6th grade earned a Silver Class trophy and the combined 7th/8th grade Orchestra not only earned a Gold Class trophy, but won Sweepstakes (1st place)!!!

If you missed opening night, there are still 3 shows left of Beetlejuice, Jr. at HMS. The show is a blast!

On Thurs, 3/6, the HMS 8th Grade Band performed at Centennial HS in Concert Performance Assessment (CPA). This is similar to a band version of TCAP. The 8th grade band received the highest possible rating, Superior, in both Prepared and Sight-Reading!

Today the 6th and 7th grade choir performed at CPA. They earned Superior in Sight Reading and in Repertoire Performance, and they scored an A in every aspect of adjudication. This makes a clean sweep of Superior ratings and “A” scores for ALL HMS choirs this year!

Clean sweep for the HMS 8th Grade Choir at CPA today! Not only did we get superior which is the highest rating, but we also scored an A on every aspect of our performance! Amazing!
