@AliBradleyTV The eight men arrested by our Deputies for looting were here legally as farm workers on work visas. If we catch ANYONE breaking into homes that are occupied or unoccupied, those individuals will be arrested.

⚠️ I removed a post regarding 8 men arrested in Washington County, Tennessee after a source questioned one of the men’s status due to the commonality of his name—Despite multiple credible sources confirming the details. Deputies arrested Randall East Brown, 20 of Johnson City, on Oct. 31, and charged him with Aggravated Sexual Exploitation of a Minor. According to Sheriff Sexton, Brown admitted to possessing, receiving and distributing child pornography. Bond: $25,000 Court Date: Nov. 1

Deputies arrested Aaron Winters, 34 of Johnson City, the morning of Oct. 25 on Aggravated Exploitation of a Minor. According to Sheriff Sexton, Winters distributed, received and shared videos and images that showed the rape of a child. Bond: $25,000 bond. Court: Oct. 26.

Deputies arrested Matthew Kenton Cutshall, 45, and charged him with Aggravated Domestic Assault on Oct. 18. He is being held on a $5,000 bond and will appear in court Oct. 19.

Deputies charged Mark A. Horton, 60 of Telford, with Aggravated Domestic Assault after incident involving a baseball bat and a lawnmower blade. Horton apparently beat on the home’s door with a baseball bat demanding to be let in& threatened three people with a lawnmower blade.

Stephen Vance Burleson, 41 of Jonesborough, is wanted by the Washington County Sheriff’s Office for two counts of Schedule II Drug Violations and Maintaining a Dwelling. Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Burleson is asked to call (423) 788-1414 or 911.

Deputies charged Eric Garland, 47 of Jonesborough, with Aggravated Assault Domestic and Violation of an Order of Protection on Oct. 10. An argument between family members led to an assault with a golf club. Bond: $21,000.

Deputies charged Daniel Paul, 25 of Johnson City, with Aggravated Domestic Assault and Violation of an Order of Protection. The incident occurred the night of Oct. 2. The victim said he threw her onto a piece of furniture. BOND: $6,000.

Deputies extricated Christopher Jones, 27, from a home in the 500 block of Charlie Hicks Road today. Jones was arrested on a Presentment out of Criminal Court for charges of Second Degree Murder as well as the Sale of Schedule II Drugs. Bond: $150,000

Check out this doorbell video of the team breaking into cars in Gray. They check the doors, see that those are locked, and move on. Lock your doors and remove your valuables.

Auto Burglaries occurred overnight in Gray. Please secure your valuables, especially firearms, and lock your vehicles at night. Call 911 IMMEDIATELY if you see anything suspicious.

Deputies have located Austin Davis and are currently interviewing him.

Deputies are searching for a 24 year old Jonesborough man. Austin Blake Davis is 24 years old, 6' 3" and 170 lbs. He has brown hair, green eyes and was wearing a blue ball cap, green t-shirt, dark jeans and red Puma tennis shoes.

Deputies arrested Roger Laws, 57 of Jonesborough, and charged him with three counts of Aggravated Assault and Driving Under the Influence over the weekend. Laws was arrested on scene and transported without incident to the Detention Center. His bond was set at $100,000.

Deputies charged Garrett Allen Hensley, 27 of Jonesborough, with Aggravated Kidnapping and Reckless Endangerment on Aug. 22. Hensley turned himself in to Deputies on Aug. 22. He was booked into the Detention Center without incident and is being held on a $50,000 bond.

Deputies arrested David Worsham, 45 of Johnson City, and charged him with two counts of Aggravated Assault and Vandalism stemming from an incident that occurred on Aug. 11. He’s being held in the Washington County Detention Center on a $38,000 bond.

Deputies arrested and charged Travis Graham, 45 of Chuckey, with multiple traffic violations, Possession of Schedule III Narcotics and Evading Arrest on Aug. 11. He is being held without bond on 13 charges.
