While Rep. Brad Tabke’s Shakopee election was close, on Jan. 14th a district court judge ruled that he “remains the candidate with the most votes legally cast”. Ignoring this ruling would be an unprecedented abuse of power — we can’t throw out someone Minnesotans voted for.

“I believe in the power of us to protect and strengthen multi-racial, multi-generation, gender-inclusive democracy in our state and our country” — Minnesota House Candidate Emma Greenman on Democracy.

“I really appreciate this pledge, because it is something that all candidates, of all parties, at all levels of government should enthusiastically sign,” said Minnesota House candidate Larry Kraft on the Democracy Defense Pledge.
