Committee support this morning for the ambitious proposals to create a Marine Technology Park on the site of the former Carless Oil Refinery - one of our largest regen sites and a significant Clyde Waterfront site. Proposal now referred positively to Full Council for a decision.

Delighted to see recent Committee approval for the detail of Phases 1 & 2 of the Council’s £34m City Deal project at the Former Dunglass Oil Terminal. This allows creation of development platforms & new road infrastructure. A significant milestone of this ambitious development.
