In my previous warning to Sekuru Rutendo, I felt it necessary to caution him against his increasingly reckless behavior as a PR figure, and to refrain from becoming a mere pawn for factional agendas. Since he has remained fixated on the same issue it remains my duty to convey this truth: this relentless fixation is unbecoming of you, Sekuru. Hamuna kutorerwa mukadzi ka zvomorambira panyaya imwechete These warnings are not exclusive to you, Sekuru. I extended similar advise to Kasukuwere as I endeavored to help him mend political relationships. Regrettably, as is commonplace among such individuals, he undermined my efforts by leaking confidential information and spinning conspiracies involving the CIO. Even while we shared meals prepared naMbuya, he resorted to duplicitous dealings that were a betrayal of my intentions. Despite my public warning you are taking the same path. After failing to get what he wanted from Kuda, Sekuru Rutendo has effectively aligned himself with a faction that has made Tagwirei their primary target, perceiving him as their principal political rival. He finds himself in collaboration with figures like Makomichi, participating in a subversive enterprise that not only seeks to bolster the Vice President’s agenda from within but also actively undermines the authority of the sitting President. Those in proximity to the Vice President should have the candor to inform him that such tactics are not only misguided but perilously counterproductive. As someone who has worked alongside Kuda, it is evident that Rutendo has been co-opted to employ insider intelligence and privileged information in a bid to diminish Tagwirei’s political stature, ostensibly to carve a path for the VP’s candidacy. The root of Rutendo's compliance in this insidious endeavor stems from his failure to secure US$1 million and a 300 Series he sought from Kuda, who rightfully refused to be extorted. It is abundantly clear that Sekuru's grievances have morphed into a bitter irrationality, as evidenced by the fantastical narratives he now fabricates. His latest conspiracy theories regarding the WEF and the Illuminati reveal an alarming detachment from reality. How can such notions possibly be taken seriously? Rutendo has refuted my assertion that I introduced him to Tagwirei, attributing the introduction instead to Emmerson Jnr. I shall refrain from further disputation, yet it is curious that this association with Jnr has not deterred him from launching direct assaults, even against the President, who happens to be the father of Jnr himself. Hunhu hwekupi hwakadaro nhai Sekuru? Even within the framework of our cultural values, such conduct reflects poorly on your character. You have permitted your animosity for Kuda to be exploited by politicians pursuing their own agendas, and I must caution you that you are, in effect, digging your own grave. In the future, who would desire to collaborate with you? Loyalty yields far greater dividends than the antics you’ve displayed, which fall well below the expected standards of a PR professional. You have endeavored to drape a facade of national patriotism over your bitterness, yet your exaggerated claims, rife with insinuation yet devoid of substantiation, underscore your lack of credibility. Ultimately, your claims reflect someone who has aligned with the highest bidder. You previously collaborated with Kuda, and now you find yourself serving a faction intent on seizing power and are using you for that! The agenda of Sekuru extends beyond mere grievances; it is evident that he has become a mercenary for a faction fixated on dismantling Kuda Tagwirei’s reputation. What you fail to recognize is that Tagwirei, having navigated the harsh realities of politics, has developed resilience. The landscape of politics renders public denunciations relatively inconsequential. It is worth noting that Tagwirei, in stark contrast to the many vying for power, has steadfastly remained committed to ZANU PF over many years. Those who truly influence the decision-making within the party are acutely aware of this. Your abrupt pivot signifies a betrayal of a newly conceived strategy, one financed by other Zviganandas, aimed at intensifying the onslaught against Tagwirei. This maneuver was anticipated and is unlikely to yield significant repercussions. The only notable impact of Sekuru's diatribes will likely be a withdrawal of support from other professionals and entities, who may distance themselves due to a perceived lack of professionalism stemming from his conduct toward former clients. Direct to you Moyo; this is not a higher calling you pursue; rather, your actions reflect basic, selfish instincts intrinsic to human nature. I do not defend anyone but will clarify your deceptions, even those you foist upon yourself. Public figures such as Tagwirei, Scott, and Chivayo have been subjects of extensive stacks like yours. What has ultimately become of them? The answer to this rhetorical question should illuminate the inevitable outcome of your own current endeavors.

1. I wrote the Document code named Operation Restore Legacy. I prescribed the need to have a social media effort limited to policy clarity. I demanded that the mining licence be made affordable for all because of that more Black Capital was created, while many benefited I........

@Semudharaso If I do the work why should I be paid? I removed sanctions on this country and branded its image. Why shouldn’t I be paid for that work that is benefiting Zimbabwe now?

WHEN THE BARRACKS SPEAKS: When Retired General Henry Muchena declared publicly that the Zimbabwe Defence Forces are watching the unfolding political process and that should ZANU-PF become a security threat, the military will advise accordingly he was not speaking loosely. He was not engaged in bravado. He was articulating, in plain language, a principle that sits at the very foundation of this republic's constitutional architecture: that the defence forces of Zimbabwe exist not to serve a political party, but to serve the nation. I write not to celebrate General Muchena's remarks as a provocation. I write to contextualise them because in Zimbabwe today, that context is being deliberately obscured by those with the most to lose from clarity. The ZDF does not belong to ZANU-PF. It belongs to Zimbabwe. That distinction is not semantic. It is constitutional, historical, and moral. Section 212 of the Constitution of Zimbabwe is unambiguous. The Zimbabwe Defence Forces exist to defend Zimbabwe, its people, its territorial integrity, and its constitutional order. Section 213 vests command of the defence forces in the President not as a party functionary, but as Head of State and Government, a distinction of profound importance. Section 214 goes further. It prohibits members of the defence forces from acting in a partisan manner, furthering the interests of any political party, or prejudicing the interests of any political party. That prohibition runs in both directions. The ZDF cannot be weaponised for ZANU-PF. But by the same logic, the moment any political entity regardless of how long it has governed begins to conduct itself in ways that destabilise the constitutional order, the defence forces have both a constitutional duty and an institutional obligation to respond. This is not a novel proposition. It is not imported from foreign doctrine. It is written into the supreme law of this land, ratified by the people of Zimbabwe in 2013. Those who dismiss the idea of military oversight of political conduct conveniently forget November 2017. Operation Restore Legacy was not carried out because ZANU-PF was functioning constitutionally. It was carried out because factional conduct within the ruling party had reached a point where the institutional security of the state was threatened. The ZDF acted. The nation accepted the intervention. SADC and the African Union did not condemn it. History did not condemn it. I raise 2017 not to celebrate it as a model of democratic governance any honest soldier will tell you that military involvement in political transitions carries enormous institutional risk. I raise it because it demolishes the argument that the ZDF is or must be a passive observer of whatever a ruling party chooses to do. That argument has already been tested and found wanting not in theory, but in practice, on the streets of Harare, in November of 2017. November 2017 did not happen in a vacuum. It happened because a political party placed its factional interests above the constitutional order. The ZDF drew a line. Zimbabwe watched. The world accepted it." Critics will ask who defines what constitutes a security threat? It is a fair question, and it deserves a serious answer. A political party becomes a security threat when its internal conduct produces outcomes that destabilise state institutions. When constitutionally mandated processes are manipulated to extend the personal tenure of individuals beyond what the law provides, that is not merely a political matter it is a constitutional crisis in slow motion.
