@endbookone @x3KjGFHhna5yQDu Ну от я про це. А ми сьогодні ображаємося на Польщу, бо вона не дає безкоштовно свої літаки, попри передачу 10 чи більше літаків у попередні роки. А ще була інша техніка. При цьому всі її чомусь металобрухтом називають, а там і нова техніка була і не мало.

Памʼятаю, як років 20 тому в Луцьку розбирали і здавали на металобрухт літаки. Їх нікому не віддали, не продали, а просто знищили.
А зараз в Х обурення, що сусідня країна робить те ж саме. При цьому чимало слів, що вся попередня польська допомога то металобрухт.

Кожного разу такі відео викликають втому. Не має вправ, які спалюють жир у відповілних місцях. Це вигадка мамкиних фітнес тренерів. Позбутися цих відкладень можна і без фізичних вправ (спочатку причина ожиріння, вона не одна). Фізвправи дозволяють багато що покращити.
