@wealth_circuit7 Try getting up around 6 am for atleast 4 days you will feel sleep around 10 : 35 pm and once it's set make it a habit

@cryptomoose It will not work for me brother. Because when I start something I have a habit of finishing it as quickly as possible. So I won't sleep before finishing the book ( only if I'm interested in reading that book )

-Do sunbathe in the morning
-Do heavy workout and exhaust your body
-Eat dinner four hours before the desired bed time
-Stop phone usage 1-2 hours before bed
If you successfully sleep on your desired time on that day:
Repeat🔁.
