The @o2businessuk ethics, structure and customer service is beyond shocking. Your call centre teams have literally no clue and nowhere to triage the issues. You are literally uncontactable in the UK. Sort it out.

The customer service @o2businessuk is embarrassing. We have phones unable to receive calls for several months. 15+ customer service calls, a visit to the O2 shop (who can’t help either) a complaint raised with a promise of a response within 8 weeks. 12 weeks later no response.
