Every day should be international women’s day. Two weeks ago, it was great to celebrate the accomplishments of women on International Women’s Day and to see all the shows of support to breaking the bias. However, most companies have gone back to business as usual.

To really close the gender gap, we must close the say-do gap. It’s not enough for organizations and individuals to promote women only on March 8th each year, the talk must be followed with actions that impact women positively all year round.
