The transaction covers WAO-related intellectual property and supporting assets, including source code, documentation, trademarks, and domains. Following the acquisition, WAO will remain available to AO/HyperBEAM developers. ArweaveOasis will work with the ecosystem to strengthen stability and onboarding experience to further lower the barrier to building. To ensure a smooth transition, WAO’s original author Tomoya Nagasawa(@TomoDB) will provide part-time consulting during the transition period, supporting maintenance, compatibility updates, and developer documentation.
