I see some people don’t have the idea of citrea being upgraded to tangelo Testnet, firstly before I talk about how to interact with it let dive into what’s happening in citrea right now
Citrea has two different things running:
A. The Testnet – this is the actual blockchain network developers and users use to test Citrea before mainnet.
It’s like a “practice version” of the real chain.
👉 This is still running and not ending. Even it was being said by @rollie1212 (will add that to the image second frame)
B. The Bapps Campaign – this was a special event where people could try out Bitcoin apps (called “Bapps”) on Citrea testnet and possibly earn recognition later.

Let talk about The difference between citrea (testnet & bapps)
Think of it like a football field:
•The field (testnet) stays there. Players can keep training on it.
•The match (Bapps campaign) ends after a set time, but the field is still open.
So, when it was being said that “Testnet != Bapps Campaign”, they mean:
The testnet itself will still run even after the Bapps campaign ends.

4️⃣ Share feedback or TX hashes with #TangeloTestnet every tester helps refine the rollup before mainnet
