Unemployment/Disability on the rise, Hiring freezes, 400+% increase in mortgage rates, looming commercial real estate rate resets, historically high S&P500 earnings multiples, and concerns about the dollars reserve currency status, especially with new gold-backed BRICS, all seem to point to a top. Recession is imminent. 🔹 AI's rise plays a significant role; without it, we might have already seen the downturn. But where will the capital go when equities sell? Short-term treasuries for a quick market reset, perhaps? #BTCEnters BTC's Ascension Base Case: 2022: $17,000 2026: $37,660 2030: $83,431 2034: $184,827 2038: $409,455 How did I arrive at these numbers? Let's dive into Bitcoin dynamics: Its newly mined supply halves every 4 years, indirectly leading to a steady 19% YoY return (100% every 4 years). Add in 3% for fiat inflation, and you get a 22% compounded yearly. Public miners like Mara and Riot have stated they don’t usually sell their new BTC at a loss and based on their 10-Qs, it looks like 17k is their magic number for profitability. Why does this matter, well the sell pressure diminishes at or below these levels. I would also suggest a normalized floor price of $17k was established/reiterated during the FTX fallout in DEC 2022. 🔹 Based on #BTC's coded supply squeeze and publicly traded miners' financials, we have a fascinating worst-case scenario. 🔹 But remember, this is the ultimate conservative look; there's much more potential in store! #BTCPredictions Bitcoin’s True Potential (Hyper-Bitcoinization) 🔹 Bitcoin is unlikely to de-monetize assets like Gold, Stocks, or Real Estate. Their value will continue to inflate. But the beauty of Bitcoin? As it becomes more prominent, a higher percentage of new capital will flow into it, causing other assets to inflate at a slightly slower rate.
