Avalanche is teaming up with Mugafi to bring entertainment onchain. Films, anime and music will be tokenized so creators can fund and distribute projects directly through blockchain. They’re starting with $10M+ in IP financing, with a long-term goal of crossing $1B annually.

The Algrow Launch Event is officially complete. We introduced Algrow, the new home for builders and creators on @AlgoFoundation, built to bring bounties, grants, and real on-chain earning opportunities to the community. The event featured a fireside chat on “Why empower the builder through a reward economy?”, discussing how incentives, accessible opportunities, and community-led platforms can unlock meaningful growth for developers and creators. UK has officially passed a law that treats digital assets like as personal property. This gives users clearer rights, proving ownership, recovering stolen funds, and handling assets in court or insolvency. A big step toward safer, more regulated crypto markets in the UK.

AMINA Bank just became the first international bank licensed in Hong Kong for institutional crypto trading and custody. With HK crypto volumes up 233% this year, demand is rising fast. The license lets AMINA offer 13 assets and expand into RWAs and derivatives.

The Czech National Bank just launched a $1M crypto pilot, including Bitcoin, making it the first central bank to hold BTC directly. The goal: understand how decentralized assets, stablecoins, and tokenized deposits could diversify reserves and reshape payment systems.

Big move from Taiwan 🇹🇼 The Central Bank plans to explore Bitcoin as a strategic reserve, pilot BTC holdings, and draft pro-Bitcoin regulations. With most of its $577B reserves in U.S. bonds, Taiwan aims to strengthen financial resilience and reduce dollar dependency.
