If you are very dedicated to it and with a good tutor, that remains your best bet. The CRS score for French can go as low as 450. It's not easy but it's really doable.

@sochimar_ @MisolaofJesus They have other certifications on BCS but I don't think any gets that 1 year evaluation like this that was discontinued. The best route for non medical guys currently for PR is French.
