@webelevi727 @jmthrivept Rewatch Dart, he doesn't have a massive cannon arm but hes made some great throws last year. Dimes on the run, off schedule, off platform. He was awesome. As a Giants fan Dart maybe the only Win in this comparison for NY. Maybe Nabers over Olave but thats too soon to say.

@AdamKoffler Breaking news: Florida is an appealing place to live if you can work from anywhere. Duh. Look at the cost of everything from 2019-now. The reasons existed in 19, but they matter more to people now than in 2019. Corp stuff doesn’t help but it’s not the main reason prices are up

@webelevi727 But those reasons all existed in 2019, the reason the home values exploded is not because of the home or the golf course. It’s because of corporate greed via investors buying up homes as well as a bunch of people moving to Florida during the pandemic when you could work from home

@AdamKoffler Amenities likely improved over the yrs. Golf course re-opened within that recent 7 yr stretch. More homes built since ‘01, raises the value. Tons of value if u are close to Disney. Was at a conference this wk and they talked about how everyone wants property near Disney right now

@AdamKoffler Not as crazy as u think. u didn’t mention all the upgrades made to the home between 19 and 26. same bones, but not the same home. Neighborhood amenities help drive price up too. Not to mention the amenities the city has also added. Don’t think this is evidence of a broken market

The population increased from 2019 to 2026, but not enough to justify the INSANE growth in home prices $695K for a home that was only $365K 7 years ago seems crazy It’s in line with most comps, so it’s not that it’s “overpriced relative to the market,” the market is just broken

I refuse to believe that the Cardinals will take Jeremiyah Love at 3. Do they want another Ashton Jeanty Year 1 situation? That roster is a disaster. I get it, BPA, forget positional value, but this would be foolish. Cards are the furthest from contention among Top 10 teams.

@brauf33 Just got another commit. The problem is that the portal opens before a national champion is crowned. Everything needs pushed back. Teams are preparing for the final 4 while the rest of the country is in the transfer portal

UNC simply could've waited for Donovan. Instead, they panicked and got Malone (a good coach!) so they had someone once the portal opened. With only one commit so far in Avdalas, fair to wonder if it was worth it.
