We do a ton of things so it can be confusing. Here's what it boils down to: 1) Funding open source + impactful Ethereum projects through grants rounds. We had 12 quarterly funding rounds (called epochs) with the model: users lock GLM, earn ETH. If they allocate ETH to a project, we match it (700k - 1 Mil USD matching pool every round) 2) DeFi vaults with payment splitters. So other crypto orgs/treasuries/DAOs can use whatever defi strategy they want for whatever assets they have and automate funding for their ecosystem through yield. 3) Tools that allow running funding rounds with different mechanisms for distributing funding. A few variations: - QF = quadratic funding - Streamvote = votes + streaming funds 4) Research. So we can learn how to improve grants programs, funding, and evaluating effectiveness of whatever is getting funded. 5) Programs. Accelerators for better support layers. We've run diff versions of this for builders and content creators.
