our biggest city is our capital and all of our sports teams are either denver or colorado so like
sometimes other states having MULTIPLE teams and NEITHER of them are like. the capital. is so funny to me

Before @TheUFL merger before the 2024 season, Philadelphia and Pittsburgh each had a team in the USFL in 2022-23.
Neither team actually played their home games in Pennsylvania.

for context: I'm from Colorado so I'm used to out west where we simply don't have as many states and teams within them I PROOOOOMISE I'm not stupid

@websbobebs I mean it's the 5th biggest state in the country by population. And it's not like they're anywhere close to one another. Pittsburgh & Philly are as far apart as Pittsburgh and Indianapolis, or Philly and Boston

@campbelIbain I used to have weird beef with the steelers for no reason as a kid and to this day I do not remember why but I think it was bc a guy I went to class with who I didn't like liked the Steelers
