Another question for the Bath faithful given the opposition and significance of the @ChampionsCup Semi would you start with your absolute best 8 forwards and of course still have a strong bench or not … so I would start Thomas du Toit and keep him on for as long as is possible

@standupbath @BathBytes Agreed- surely some of the reason the game is being viewed as a classic was due to the manner taken by the ref.

@BathBytes Brace backed his on-field decisions rather than repeated TMO referrals. This helped the game flow but it means fans will feel hard done by!

It's interesting the views on Andrew Brace from last night. As a Bath fan in the first half, he missed forward passes, high tackles, and numerous others, and the Assistant Ref watched the screen more than the game. Second half again ropey for both sides but 2 big calls will...

@RassieRugby I’m bringing 70 children over from the UK to CT and Stellenbosch from 7th- 17th April. Are you based anywhere near there during those dates?

@hrdabs123 Completely agree with you on this! I remember once being told each ticket had to be on separate devices. Thankfully my 76 year old mother was allowed in with her ticket on my phone.

So when did we close off rugby to the older generation? Not everyone has smartphones and if my uncle had decided to go to the game on his own he would first have to get the train from Birmingham to Gloucester and back to get a ticket before going to the game. Ridiculous.

I find it ridiculous that @gloucesterrugby won’t provide pdf tickets for the Slater Cup and insist on using an app. My uncle is 69 and doesn’t have a smartphone - how is he meant to get into the game?

@andNickMullins where is Lee Blackett? Not in box and this isn’t him at all. Almost like they have ignored him when Wigglesworth got back from Summer. Can we have him back at Bath please as wasted by Borthwick

Amazing game at the Rec. Exeter were way out of it, came back with incredible passion to draw level, Bath win it with last act of the match. Sensational. Two top clubs. And for me, no coincidence that Luke Pearce was the referee

Still in shock at last night’s rout at the Rec. To be so comprehensively outplayed at home was a sobering experience. One plus - Tommy Freeman has to play 13 for England. And Hendy has to be under consideration at 15. In fact just play the whole Saints backline + @samvesty 🌹

@patmurphybbc Never met you but I’ll always associate your voice with listening to the radio coming back from games with my dad when I was younger! Good luck in retirement.

@AndyGoode10 He had zero empathy for the game as a whole..so frustrating! Tempo struggled as well.

@BathRugby supporters might be disappointed - some even 'devastated' - by Thomas du Toit's departure. The truth is that they have been lucky to have him for three seasons. It was a truly inspired signing by Johann van Graan.

Du Toit to leave Bath 🛀 ➡️ 🦈 Bath Rugby can confirm that Thomas du Toit will be returning to South Africa at the end of this season to rejoin his former club The Sharks, in Durban. The journey isn't over yet, but thank you for being a part of this family, Thomas 🔵⚫⚪

Max Baise has died aged 93. His name probably doesn't register with many rugby followers these days. Referee of the controversial third Boks v @lionsofficial Test in 1974, drawn 13-13. Two very controversial try decisions which, if reversed, would still have left the game drawn.

Good to see these two yesterday @BathRugby. Pleasure to coach them when they were much smaller!
