Our teens and young people are now being targeted with drug paraphernalia, all in the name of "harm reduction." Instead of working on anti-drug education programs in our classrooms, far-left activists and the "harm reduction" lobby want to give out more meth pipes and needles, no questions asked. @zennonuc If you go to Burbank and walk the strip, there are so many empty businesses right now. Trump‘s tariffs have a lot to do with that. I agree with you that rent should come down if businesses aren’t filling the spaces.

FWIW I agree with some of the commenters pointing out that urban disorder & insane regs led to higher vacancies.
It’s a “yes and” problem.
But it still doesn’t explain why rents wouldn’t lower as a result of a less desirable market, hence the video.
