.@NWSSPC has placed south central Pennsylvania in an Enhanced Risk (Level 3 out of 5) for Monday March 16th. Pennsylvania averages only 5 to 6 Enhanced Risk days per year. Damaging straight line wind gusts are the primary threat, but a few tornadoes are possible as well. #PAwx

Flooding is the most common natural disaster in Pennsylvania. Where it can rain, it can flood. No matter where you live, you should be prepared for a flood emergency, but it’s especially important if you live near water, in a low-lying area or downstream from a dam.

The National Weather Service has issued a Heat Advisory for Thursday August 1st at 12pm until Friday August 2nd at 8pm.

Heat illness is possible at cooler temperatures than you might think. Keep an eye out for: 💥 Cramps 😵‍ Dizziness 💤 Fatigue 🥵 Heavy sweating 🤕 Headache Act immediately if you feel sick. Get someplace cooler, rest, and drink water. #pawx
