@weirdcharspring for me it depends on consistency, melted ice cream would pass but not solid, and only very thin yoghurts. i go by whether i could pull it through a straw

@mymelodena yeah but like.. does homemade ‘ice cream’ (SF yogurt/oat milk with flavoring) count for example

@weirdcharspring it contains a lot of fibre, so yes it will help with constipation, however, a better and more enjoyable use of the calories would be putting it in yogurt/oatmeal as a thickener and letting it soak for 30 mins

@weirdcharspring it's kind of low cal though? like 1.5 tbsp in 500 ml of water is ~85 kcal and it definitely keeps you full (+ helped a lot with my digestion ngl)
