@MelissaLouise_6 @ms_rapaglia I'm in a similar situation to you but with high school students. Keep reaching out to them. It's taken 4 weeks for me to start making progress. I had one parent tell me that they are 'tired of micromanaging my kids education'. There are backstories to everyone.
