Fuel duty is 52.95p per litre. VAT is charged at 20% of the product price *and* the duty (so you’re taxed on your tax), while retailers make a razor thin profit.
And Ministers still have the absolute gall to make accusations of profiteering.

On 17th Feb 2026 at 6am my friend Alex Belfield was set to arrive at my home so we could travel together to support Rupert Lowe in court in London. Alex had written permission from his probation officer. Just after 5am that morning Alex sent me this video.He was returned to jail.
